Google sign-in identifies you using your verified email and Google account identifier. The entrance keeps your household name, membership, roles, invitation records and connected calendar identifier. Essential secure cookies protect sign-in.
With permission, the connection creates and checks a dedicated Google Calendar. It requests access to calendars created by this application, not unrelated calendars. Access tokens are protected in encrypted session storage for up to one hour so your connection can survive service restarts; no long-lived refresh token is requested. Google stores entries and controls sharing.
You choose what to add and whom to share it with. Paper writing does not transfer automatically. Entrance invitations and Google sharing are separate permissions. Removing entrance access does not revoke Google sharing; remove that in Google too.
Cloudflare hosts the entrance. Google provides sign-in and calendar services. For printed purchases, Stripe processes payment and Prodigi receives delivery details needed to manufacture and send the calendar under shop policies. Calendar sign-in data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Connection records remain while you use the service or until a verified deletion request is completed. Expired invitations cannot be accepted. Relevant security records may be retained to resolve faults or misuse; purchase records may be retained separately for legal and accounting duties. Contact us to request access or deletion. Revoke app access and delete or unshare your calendar directly in Google.
